I tried plugging it into a different Xbox and a different PC with no change.
I tried plugging it back into the same pc, and it wasn't detected by the pc or g hub software anymore. I unplugged the wheel from the pc and plugged it into my Xbox series X (which it always worked fine with) and got the dreaded slow blinking light (all power cables and USB is plugged in firmly,I checked) and the wheel wouldn't do its calibration like it usually does.
The light was blinking fast at this point. Halfway through the update, I get a message saying a problem occurred during the update and to contact logitech support. I downloaded the file and proceeded to begin the update as directed by unplugging the wheel and plugging it back in, and then the update automatically begins. I plugged in the g920 to update the firmware, and it calibrated itself as usual and detected on pc just fine.
